CYBERSOLV C8882 is a solvent-based stencil cleaning fluid specifically designed to clean solder paste, uncured SMT adhesive and flux residue from stencils, mis-printed PCBs, stencil tools and printing squeegees. C8882 can be used in automated understencil wipe processes, hand-wipe, and ultrasonic cleaning systems as well as spray systems designed for solvent.
CYBERSOLV C8882 has a mild solvent odor, quickly dissolves all flux constituents within the solder paste and will not adversely affect stencils that have been nano-coated. C8882 has been proven compatible with all wetted components in automated understencil wipe systems and approved for use by several printer manufactures’. CYBERSOLV C8882 is fast drying without leaving behind any residue.
CYBERSOLV C8622 is a full-strength solvent blend specifically designed as an IPA alternative for under stencil wiping and manual bench top cleaning applications. C8622 is ideally suited for dissolving un-reflowed solder paste during the stencil printing process, and can be applied as received in any application where IPA is typically used.
CYBERSOLV C8622 improves stencil printing yields by removing trace solder paste deposits from the stencil aperture. C8622 is safe and effective in all IPA applications, boasting extensive compatibility and low odor. CYBERSOLV C8622 dries spot free and does not require a rinsing step, however, if needed, use fresh C8622 or Hot DI Water.
CYBERSOLV C8508 is an aqueous based cleaner for reflow ovens and general equipment maintenance. C8508 effectively removes adherent residues outgassed during the reflow-soldering step of surface mount assemblies that includes solder paste activators and functional additive build-up.
